Terms & Conditions


  • Every child is entitled to taster class before they start a full term.
  •  If parents/legal guardians wish to enrol their child into the classes, they must agree to pay for the full term.
  • Payments will be returned if a class has to be cancelled due to minimum numbers not being achieved.
  • The price includes extra rehearsal hours for the end of term performance. Normal classes are £6 a session.
  • Emmie's Academy of Drama and Theatre Ltd. or any of their staff are not responsible for any loss or injury during the class. However, there will be a trained first-aider in every class and performance to deal with injuries or accidents.
  • Emmie's Academy of Drama and Theatre Ltd. reserve the right to remove from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour.
  • You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us up-to-date should this change by emailing/calling us at - Emily.rhead@emmiesacademy.co.uk
  • You must declare if you do not want your child to be photographed for marketing use, and keep us up-to-date should this change using the given email address or phone number.
  • Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid for spaces will be given priority.
  • Children that have signed up to. the previous term will have priority of places without first initial payment. They will only have 1 week to sign up before places are given to the public with payment.
  • We don't issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances 
  • If there are any sessions missed sure to typical bad weather or teacher illness, Emmie's Academy of Drama and Theatre Ltd. will offer a make-up session, or parents will be refunded. 
  •  Data Protection – We aim to comply with the General Data Protection Regulation 2016 (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018 in all respects including in the spirit of the need to treat all personal data with respect and to keep it safe.
